About Kaise Banae Career

The journey of the ‘Kaise Banae Career’ started 8 years back (2015) when Dr. Shikha Kamboj took a decision to dedicate her life for helping students. After completing her Masters in Psychology from University of Lucknow , She worked for 3 years as psychologist at renowned institutions like NIMHANS, Delhi and Nirvaan Neuropsychiatric Hospital ,Lucknow. She presented workshops and seminars in schools and colleges where she got the opportunity to work with students. It was during this period that she noticed students were confused and unaware about the various career options they can opt for a successful career.

With the aim of providing simple but detailed & scientific career counseling, ‘Kece Banae Career’ started on its journey of transforming the lives of talented students by guiding them on the correct career path.

Within a span of just 8 years, we have already conducted more than 1650 workshops and catered to almost 24,500 students.

We have conducted workshops in over 380 prestigious schools of Lucknow and Delhi like Loreto convent, Assisi Convent , Father Agnel, City Montessori School, Isabella Thorburn School, Mahanagar Boys , St. Cecillia, Ramakrishnana Senior Secondary School,Holy Innocents Public school, Kamal Public Senior Secondary School, St, Peter.

During the years we have contributed various articles for the leading newspapers in India- Education Times, Hindustan Times, Dainik Jagran (Josh), Dainik Bhaskar, Amar Ujala (Education & Careers), Outlook (Careers 3600), India Today Aspire & Sahara Times.
